Germany - Low sulphur combustible oils

Description

The subject of the award procedure is the supply of heating oil for the Vitos-Gesellschaft Riedstadt with approx. 240 000 litres, whereby the first call for tenders is not expected to be made until 2023. The actual quantity to be supplied may be higher or lower than the volume stated. A minimum purchase quantity is not guaranteed. Fuel oil according to DIN 51603 Part 1, low-sulphur, (or equivalent) is to be delivered to the unloading points specified in the specifications over a contract period from 1.2.2021 to 31.1.2025.

Vitos GmbH in Kassel is authorised to carry out the award procedure. All correspondence concerning the award procedure shall be conducted exclusively with this company. Vitos Riedstadt gGmbH shall tender the contract as a public contracting authority in accordance with § 15 of the Regulation on the Award of Public Contracts (Vergabeverordnung - VgV) by means of an open procedure.
