Procurement of gaming terminals incl. operating system, terminal software and terminal management system
Lotto Rheinland-Pfalz GmbH, hereinafter also referred to as the Customer, is planning to issue a new invitation to tender for gaming terminals for the company's retail outlets.The gaming terminals are mainly used to process customers' gaming orders and winnings payments at the retail outlets in various ways (ticket entry by scan, quick tips, etc.) and to transfer them to the existing transaction system at the head office. For this purpose, the contractor (CO) shall deliver a coordinated system consisting of hardware, operating system and terminal software to a maximum of 5 locations of the CL. For the administration of this system (e.g. for software updates), a corresponding terminal management system is to be offered.The customer does not want any self-service terminals.The subject of this invitation to tender is therefore:- Approx. 1,100 gaming terminals (hardware incl. the necessary firmware, drivers and operating system) for its acceptance points (AST) incl. terminal software and terminal management system.The customer will purchase the gaming terminals, the terminal software and the terminal management system with the aim of operating these for at least 10 years if possible.In addition, the service is the subject of the invitation to tender. The contract term for this is five years plus an extension option of up to five times one year.
