Lot 22.1 Ventilation installation workIn the course of the planned measures to preserve the structural substance of the building, measures will be taken to repair and adapt the building's technical systems for use.Component 1 - Ventilation technologyThe existing central ventilation system in the sports hall, including the control system, is worn or defective. A modular ventilation unit with a rotary heat exchanger with an air flow rate of 10,000 m3/h will be used for the hall ventilation. The measure includes the dismantling of the existing ventilation unit, 20 m of ventilation ducts and fittings with insulation made of MiWo in the dimensions 630 to 700 mm, the air duct and the air inlets and outlets outside the ventilation center remain in the existing building and are connected to the new ventilation unit. This will require approx. 24 m of DN630 to DN700 ventilation ducting including 2 splitter silencers and control dampers as well as insulation work. the measure includes all necessary control units, sensors and accessories for the ventilation unit including its adjustment and parameterization.
