3 head excavation pits up to 3.5 m excavation depth in open construction (total volume approx. 19 m³) for liner installation, incl. road excavation and restoration
18 m² excavation pit shoring
94 pieces of existing climbing irons replaced
109 h Obstacle removal (by hand) in accessible profiles and in manholes\/structures 330 m Grouting\/filling masonry joints in sewers up to 1800 mm profile height
Tie in 44 DN 150 to DN 200 connections (grouting\/filling)
25 DN 150 to DN 200 connections connected to pipe liner (grouting\/filling with EP resin)
500 hollow drill packers for injections in accessible profiles
180 hollow drill packers for injections in shafts\/structures
6 liner shaft connections with hand laminate technology

22 m SF hose liner (1 piece) with profile dimension variation (mandatory curing with hot water) in the channel egg profile 800\/1200 mm, according to individual structural analysis
166 m SF hose liner (1 piece) with profile dimension variation (mandatory hardening with hot water) in the channel egg profile 1000\/1500 mm, according to individual structural analysis
2 head excavation pits up to 3.5 m excavation depth in open construction (total volume approx. 44 m³) for liner installation, incl. road excavation and reconstruction
53 m² excavation pit shoring
Replace 18 existing climbing irons
54 h Obstacle removal (by hand) in accessible profiles and in shafts\/structures
Connect 2 connections up to DN 200 to pipe liner (grouting\/filling with EP resin)
3 liner shaft connections with manual laminate technology
