Open invitation to tender issued in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2 1o of the Public Procurement Code. This is a framework agreement within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-2 et seq. of the Code de la commande publique concluded with an economic operator. The framework agreement sets out all the contractual stipulations; it will be executed as and when purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the code de la commande publique. The terms and conditions for issuing purchase orders are set out in the CCAP. This new procedure follows the declaration of 20.8.2020, of the previous consultation of the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolitan Area.
The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply, installation and maintenance of metal extensions and shielding for waste collection centres, transfer centres or any other Installation classified for environmental protection (ICPE) managed by the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolitan Area - Marseille Provence territory. The purpose of these metal structures is either to protect the users of the waste collection centres from the risk of falling on the edges of the quays, or to protect the civil engineering of the Installations classified for environmental protection (ICPE) from service demands (weight of the waste, manoeuvring of machines). The precise description of the requirement is given in the Special Technical Specifications (STC). The framework agreement shall be concluded for a minimum amount of EUR 100 000 exclusive of tax per four years and a maximum amount of EUR 600 000 exclusive of tax per four years.
