Description

The subject matter of the contract is the performance of investment tasks No IU 4.3 and IU 4.4. 2. The subject matter of the contract, i.e. the expansion of the district heating network with high-efficiency cogeneration in the area of the district of Chwarzno-Wiczlino in Gdynia, stages 3 and 4, has been divided into the following packages (these are also parts of the contract for which bids may be submitted) Chwarznieńska to the section valves before crossing Staniszewskiego street in Gdynia - phase 3.2.2. Package no. 2: IU 4.4: Construction of a district heating network from the section valves before crossing Staniszewskiego street to Deszczowa street in Gdynia - phase 4. 3.
The scope of work to be performed under this contract has been specified in the Design Documentation and the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works (STWiORB), attached as appendices nos. 1 and 2 to the Terms of Reference. 2. The scope of work includes: 2.1. Package no. 1: IU 4.3: Construction of heating network on the section from the crossing of Chwarznieńska Street to section valves before crossing of Staniszewskiego Street in Chwarznieńska District. Staniszewskiego in the area of Chwarzno-Wiczlino district in Gdynia - phase 3:1) preparatory works,2) earthworks,3) installation of the preinsulated network, 4) installation of GRP casing pipes in open trenches - passages under Staniszewskiego and Chwarznieńska Streets,5) securing collisions with the existing gas network,6) backfilling of the trenches and restoration of the site,7) restoration of the surface after the construction works in accordance with the Design Documentation (appendix no. 1 to the template) and the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works (STWiORB) regarding 8) additional information: - the preinsulated heating network will run in green areas and partially in areas with intensive trees; - on the route of the designed pipelines, there is the technical infrastructure, i.e.: the designed backbone teletechnical canalization. 3. As part of the works referred to in item 2 above, the accompanying works described in item 3.5.1 of swz.pl should be taken into account. The Contractor is obliged to ensure the necessary materials for the execution of the order. All materials used in the performance of the contract must be brand new.5. The Contractor is obliged to protect the site against theft and other adverse effects, taking over the financial consequences of this. The value of the insurance should cover 100% of the contract value.6 The subject of the contract does not include radiographic testing of welds.7 Radiographic control of welding will be performed on behalf of the Employer by the Laboratory Research and Training Center "SPAW-TEST" Sp. z o.o. ul. Śnieżna 1, 80-554 Gdańsk.8.Description of the method and principles of radiographic testing of welds are contained in Attachment No. 1 to Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference.9 The subject matter of the contract includes works in the field of greenery, i.e. 9.1. above should be performed in accordance with the Design Documentation (attachment no. 1 to the tender) and the STWiORB (attachment no. 2 to the tender), in particular in accordance with the decisions of the Pomorskie Province Marshal no. DROŚ-PZ.7120.1.422.2020 and no. DROŚ-PZ.7120.1.422.2020/2021.MG constituting an element of the Design Documentation (Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference).11. The removal of greenery provided for in the documentation should be performed in accordance with the decision of the Marshal of Pomorskie Voivodeship no. DROŚ-PZ.7120.1.422.2020/2021.MG until 28.02.2022.12. 3.11-3.19, 3.24-3.31 and 3.33 of the ToR. Deszczowa in the area of Chwarzno-Wiczlino district in Gdynia - stage 4: 1) preparatory works;2) ground works;3) assembly of pre-insulated network; 4) assembly of GRP casing pipes in open pits - passages under Staniszewskiego and Chwarznieńska streets;5) securing collision with the existing gas network;6) backfilling of pits and land reclamation;7) additional information: along the route of the designed pipelines, there is the technical infrastructure, i.e.Additional information: along the route of the planned pipelines there is technical infrastructure, i.e.: Chwarznieńska Street, Staniszewskiego Street, Fregatowa Street, Janka Bielat Street and the road lanes delineated in the MPZP of Kpt. Kazimierza Jurkiewicza Street and Kpt. Mamerta Stankiewicza Street, gas pipelines, water pipelines, sanitary sewage system, rainwater drainage system, telecommunication cables, power and lighting cables as well as the backbone tele-technical sewage system being designed. 3. The works specified in pt. 9.1. above shall be performed in accordance with the Design Documentation (attachment no. 1 to the tender) and the STWiORB (attachment no. 2 to the tender), in particular in accordance with the decisions of the Pomorskie Voivodeship Marshal no. DROŚ-PZ.7120.1.422.2020 and no. DROŚ-PZ.7120.1.422.2020/2021.MG constituting an element of the Design Documentation (attachment no. 1 to the tender).11. Replacement planting of trees and shrubs indicated in item 9.1. above shall be carried out in accordance with the Replacement Planting Project constituting an element of attachment no. 1 to the project documentation, folder named: Replacement Planting.12. The greenery removal provided for in the documentation shall be carried out in accordance with the decision of the Pomorskie Voivodeship Marshal marked DROŚ-PZ.7120.1.422.2020/2021.MG until 28.02.2022.13. 3.11-3.19, 3.24-3.31 and 3.33 of the ToR.
