Description
Prior to this procurement process, a market consultation took place. During this market consultation it became clear through the various demonstrations presented, that there are several solutions for a new Library Services platform & Library Discovery services that can be offered for the needs of TU Delft. This resulted in TU Delft opting for a competitive dialogue procedure to enter into dialogue with selected parties on the design and/or innovative solutions.
The objective of the tendering procedure is to conclude an agreement with one vendor for Library Services platform & Library Discovery services through award.
