This RFP is an invitation to submit proposals for review by the Group for the provision of a collectively-shared, cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS), comprehensive Library Services Platform (LSP) Software Solution, composed of four (4) independent but collaboratively interconnected libraries. The proposed solution will integrate traditional and emerging library workflows for operational efficiency, meet evolving library user needs (both within and outside of the immediate LSP), provide seamless interoperability with external data systems, satisfy the need for robust analytics, and accommodate future service growth and change.
