Description

Coverage of the client's operational liability risks with all auxiliary and ancillary operations, including the personal liability of all employees. Business liability/occupational liability insurance (incl. environmental liability and environmental damage insurance) on an Occurrence basis (mandatory); - sums insured for business liability/occupational liability insurance: EUR 10 million lump sum for personal injury and property damage; 2-fold maximum annual insurance sums insured for environmental liability insurance: EUR 5 million EUR flat-rate for personal injury, property damage and pecuniary loss; 1-fold maximum annual insurance sums for environmental damage insurance: 5 million EUR flat-rate for personal injury, property damage and pecuniary loss; 1-fold maximum annual insurance sums for environmental damage insurance: 5 million EUR flat-rate for personal injury, property damage and pecuniary loss; 1-fold maximum annual insurance sums - no general deductible The annual premiums to be offered are fixed premiums until 1 January 2023. During this period, contributions shall neither be regulated in accordance with Section 13 AHB nor adjusted in accordance with Section 15 AHB.
