WorkCover Queensland intend on going to market in the near future for the fitout of Level 16, 280 Adelaide Street, Brisbane.
The scope of the potential Contract will include demolition and removal of existing fit out bringing the floor back to bare shell (includes removal and disposing of safe on site); and construction of the fit out of the level which includes:

Dedicated training and meeting room facilities
First aid room
Multi-faith space
Café and break out zone

All mechanical, electrical, fire, security and hydraulic services are required whilst complying with all statutory obligations.
The following is out-of-scope for this ITO:

There will be no upgrade to the lift foyer except for ceiling and associated services.
Loose furnishings.
Audio Visual equipment for meeting rooms.
