This Request for Proposal (RFP) is a Competitive 8(a) acquisition; NAICS 236220-Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $45,000,000.00. Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. This is a Firm-Fixed-Price Construction Contract negotiated in accordance with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable best value method.
