Description

That, Hospital del Salvador needs to have a 36-month PACT users' glasses supply agreement for Hospital del Salvador in order to adequately and efficiently satisfy the assistance work;

That, due to the amount determined, the present bidding is located in the section for contracts equal to or greater than 1,000 UTM and less than 5,000 UTM, in accordance with Article 19 bis of the Regulations of Law Nº19,886;, in accordance with Article 19 bis of the Regulations of Law Nº19,886;

That, having made the respective consultations, the provision of Lens Supply Agreement for PACT users for 36 months for the Hospital del Salvador is not available by Framework Agreement offered in the Information System of the Purchasing Department, www.mercadopublico.cl;
