1.The subject of the contract is the service of granting a long-term loan. 2.The basis for the loan: Resolution No. LXIX/402/2023 of the Płońsk County Council dated June 21, 2023 on taking a long-term loan, 3.Purpose of the loan: Part I of the order - repayment of previously incurred liabilities under loans in the amount of PLN 1,200,000.00, Part II of the order - financing the planned deficit associated with the implementation of road and educational investments in the amount of PLN 16,035,000.00. 4.The loan will be secured by a blank promissory note with a promissory note declaration, 5.Mobilization of the loan - non-cash in the period December 2023. - in tranches, to the bank account indicated by the Ordering Party; the amount of the tranche will be determined each time by the Ordering Party and submitted to the Contractor in the form of a written request; the date of disbursement of the credit tranche from the date of submission of a written request by the Ordering Party - in accordance with the Contractor's offer.
