Description
Call-offs against the framework agreement may include one or several of the following tasks:— securing and/or obtaining information/documentation for clarifying facts and analysing causes (including forensic audits and interviews);— determine if there are system errors and/or errors made by one or more individuals;— prepare proposals for measures that should be implemented for preventing, revealing and/or preventing the recurrence of frauds or other questionable conditions.Assessment of claims for damages, recovery claims and other legal consequences of breaches of internal regulations, external regulations and/or Innovation Norway's agreements/standard terms.
