Solicitation No. 19GE5019R0048

The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:
Lease / Rental, Storage, Delivery, Maintenance of Residential Furniture for the American Embassies in Madrid, Spain, and Lisbon, Portugal

The solicitation may result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one Base and four Option Years.
Please see below pictures for samples of the requested furniture. All furniture shall be complete and ready for use, e.g. beds include the mattresses. All items shall be flame retardant, safe and low in solvents or similarly dangerous chemicals meeting the U.S. and / or the European standards whichever is stricter.
Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence via email to the addresses Jacobsenw@state.gov and FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov, not later than Friday, May 30, 2019 using the solicitation number 19GE5019R0048 in the subject line.
DO NOT TELEPHONE. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the following information: Name of Firm, Name, Telephone Number, and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of Firm.
The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America.
