Chile - Lease OF 7 multifunctional printers for the direction OF the aconcagua health service - ust.

Description

The need of the Health Service, in order to provide an integral solution for document reproduction in accordance with the current infrastructure of this institution, is that it requires to contract in Supply Agreement modality the lease service of 07 Multifunctional Printers for a period of 36 months required according to Memorandum No. 05 dated 04.11.2024, from the Head of ICT Support Unit.

That what is required is not in the electronic catalog of Framework Agreement and is necessary for the fulfillment of the Service's purposes.

In compliance with the provisions of Law No. 19,886 and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 250 of 2004, of the Ministry of Finance, and its subsequent amendments, the Terms and Conditions approved in this act were prepared, which observe the principles of free concurrence of the bidders to the administrative call and equality that govern the bidding procedures, and comply with the technical and legal requirements to verify the execution of this public bidding.
