Description

Provision of comprehensive laundry services in the scope of drying, ironing and chemical and thermal disinfection of laundry in accordance with the applicable requirements, including epidemiological ones;2. lease of hospital linen;3. internal and external transport;4. rental of premises for the operation of a central linen sorting office;5. transfer of leased bedding, blankets and pillows to the Orderer at the end of the contract for a fixed amount per item.A detailed description of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference).
Provision of comprehensive laundry services consisting in drying, ironing and chemical and thermal disinfection of laundry in accordance with the applicable requirements, including epidemiological requirements;2. lease of hospital bed linen;3. internal and external transport;4. rental of premises for the operation of a central linen sorting facility;5. handing over the leased bed linen, blankets and pillows to the Orderer at the end of the contract for a fixed price per item.The Contractor shall provide services in accordance with the Act of 5 December 2008 on the prevention of infections and infectious diseases in humans (Journal of Laws No. 234, item 1570, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 26 June 2012 on detailed requirements to be met by the premises and equipment of a healthcare provider (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 739).
