This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective
proponents to submit proposals for commercial laundry chemicals, equipment, items and
related services for Winnipeg Regional Health Authority – Regional Laundry Services, as
further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering
the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of
the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The Supplier is required to provide commercial laundry consumables such as soap and laundry
chemicals, along with the corresponding equipment and related services that will be appropriate
