Description

The subject of the contract is: 1) provision of a comprehensive linen laundry service, in the Contractor's laundry (including but not limited to.drying, ironing, mangling, disinfecting, chemical cleaning, repairing, segregating, packing),2) rental of bed linen,3) operation of dirty linen warehouse at the Ordering Party,4) collection and transport of linen between warehouses located at the Ordering Party's facility and the Contractor's laundry,5) rental involving the supply of installation and implementation of RFID radio frequency identification system designed to improve the performance of comprehensive laundry service.
1.The subject of the contract is: 1) provision of comprehensive laundry service, in the Contractor's laundry (including but not limited to.drying, ironing, mangling, disinfection, chemical cleaning, repair, segregation, packaging),2) rental of bed linen,3) operation of dirty linen warehouse at the Ordering Party,4) collection and transportation of linen between warehouses located in the Ordering Party's facility and the Contractor's laundry,5) rental involving the supply of installation and implementation of RFID radio frequency identification system to facilitate the performance of comprehensive laundry services.2.In the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Legnica there are 27 Wards with a total number of 459 beds The Ordering Party expects that the laundry service will include about 19 000 kg per month. 3.Performance of comprehensive laundry service will include, among others,1)laundering of bed linen, surgical linen, cut clothing (aprons),2)mangle linen,3)laundering and ironing of staff work clothes,4)laundering of blankets, pillows, quilts, curtains, mops, cloths, mattresses, towels, patients' clothes, etc.,5.)disinfection of linen,6)chamber disinfection of mattresses, quilts, blankets, pillows,7)chemical cleaning of assortment not suitable for water washing,8)servicing of assortment subject to washing consisting of activities aimed at restoring the utility of damaged assortment, in particular:a)sewing buttons, zippers, trots, rubber bands, etc.b)sewing, mending, sewing broken, damaged elements, replacing broken zippers with functioning ones,c)sewing with ribbon fraying, area-worn edges of blankets.9)segregation and packing of clean linen, divided into linen leased from the Contractor and owned by the Ordering Party,10)packing of work clothes in plastic bags and transport on hangers,11)providing in the necessary amount of waterproof and plastic bags in the colors applicable to the Ordering Party, 12)daily - from Monday to Saturday - collection of dirty linen from the dirty linen warehouse maintained by the Contractor and loading and transportation at the expense of the Contractor to the Contractor's laundry,13)daily - from Monday to Saturday - transportation and unloading of clean linen to the clean linen warehouse of the Ordering Party,14)impregnation of barrier linen every 30 washing cycles.4In order to enable the Contractor to properly perform the contract, the Ordering Party leases and the Contractor accepts the premises together with movable property located in the building of the Laundry 2B (low first floor) - with a total area of 177.43 m², the location plan of the premises is attached as Appendix A to the SWZ5. A detailed description of the execution/performance of the contract is specified in the draft contract in Chapter XX of the SWZ6. The Contractor shall be obliged to employ, on the basis of an employment contract, persons performing work, within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974. - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1502, as amended). Employment issues arising from the award of the public contract are described in Chapter XX of the SWZ (in the draft contract).
