Description

The subject matter of the contract is a laundry service consisting of providing laundry services, disinfecting services in the field of transport and washing of hospital and surgical linen, operational and working clothes, as well as installation of the necessary infrastructure for operation of the RFID system of radio identification of hospital linen, provision of vending machines and rental of a part of the assortment for the Mazovian Specialized Hospital in Ostroleka.
The contracting authority, prior to the initiation of the public procurement procedure in accordance with Article 84 (1-4) of the Public Procurement Law, conducted preliminary market consultations from 30.03.2022 to 20.06.20222.The subject matter of the contract is laundry service consisting in providing laundry services, disinfecting services in the scope of transport and washing of hospital and surgical linen, operating and working clothes, as well as installation of necessary infrastructure for operation of RFID system for radio identification of hospital linen, supply of vending machines and rental of a part of the assortment for the Mazovian Specialist Hospital in Ostroleka.3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the contract - Description of the subject matter of the contract and Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ (Annex No. 14 to the contract)- Price Form.4.The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes:a. Collection and loading by the Contractor on its own means of transport from the Employer's warehouse of dirty hospital linen, surgical linen, working clothes.b. Loading of dispensing machines with clean surgical clothes and collection from collection machines of dirty surgical clothes.c. Washing and subjecting to chemical and thermal disinfection in the washing process, in accordance with the applicable requirements, including epidemiological requirements.d. Chemical-thermal disinfection in the laundering process of the entire assortment.e. Maggling and ironing of the entire assortment.f. Performing sewing and tailoring repairs (e.g.: mending, patching, sewing on buttons, trousers, sewing on zippers, hemming edges, etc.).g. Dry cleaning of work clothes.h. Return to the Ordering Party of work clothes, which will be packed in plastic bags and transported on hangers. The bags and hangers shall be secured by the Contractor.i. Installation at the Ordering Party of appropriate devices for radio reading and recording of hospital linen, surgical linen (RFID) operating in the HF system in the Clean Linen Warehouse in Use and the Dirty Linen Warehouse in Use, as well as computer sets with a printer and appropriate software to enable on-line monitoring of the amount of assortment transferred for laundering and received from the laundry. The Employer shall provide internet connection.j. Marking with chips/tags and barcodes operating in the HF system throughout the term of the contract, new hospital linen purchased by the Employer for replenishment and leased operating linen and surgical clothing.
