Description
The Contracting Authority specified the estimated number of the subject of the contract only for the purpose of evaluation of tenders submitted by Economic Operators, which will then be used to prepare a ranking of submitted tenders.General requirements confirming that the Equipment offered meets the requirements specified by the Purchaser:All devices must have a user's manual in Polish available on-line or on a CD; instructions will be provided to the Purchaser on the day of delivery of the Equipment in the form of a CD, or the address of the website where the manual is available for download, All devices must be compatible with the operating systems listed in the Technical Specification and have drivers for these devices on CDs/DVDs,4. The equipment offered in Parts I and III must be accompanied by consumable materials in accordance with the following description: a) the supplied equipment must be equipped with a set of consumable materials enabling immediate commencement of work and printing of an appropriate number of pages, as indicated in the Technical Specification attached as Appendix 2 to the ToR, and in accordance with the minimum requirements included in its content.b) they must be original (branded by the device manufacturer), of full value and brand new and their use must not result in loss of warranty; c) the number of prints indicated in the Technical Specification attached as Annex 2 to the ToR must be consistent with the ISO standard or equivalent specified by the Contracting Authority in this document;(e) the requirements for starting material capacity may be met by supplying a single toner/drum/ cartridge, as well as several units combined.5The Contracting Authority specified the estimated number of the ordered subject of the contract only for the purpose of evaluating the offers submitted by the Economic Operators, which will then be used to prepare a ranking of submitted offers.6 The framework agreement will contain the entire assortment listed in the submitted offers, i.e. each Unit will be able to purchase any equipment specified in the Technical Specification, attached as Appendix 2 to the ToR7 during the term of the framework agreement.Whenever in the content of the ToR, including the Technical Specification attached as Appendix 2 to the ToR, the subject matter of the contract was described by indicating names, patents, standards, trademarks or origin, the Contracting Authority allows the Economic Operator to offer an equivalent solution.8 In the event that the Economic Operator offers Equivalent Equipment, the Economic Operator is obliged to prove its equivalence in relation to the subject of the contract described in Appendix 2 to the ToR.
