Description

The purpose of this tender is to find a supplier through whom the Deutsche Rentenversicherung - Nord Ost West Informationstechnik GmbH (NOW IT GmbH) can obtain the specified printers and multifunction devices during the term of the contract, which are the following 7 device types: 2 workplace printers (A4 SW and colour), 2 workplace multifunction devices (A4 SW and colour), one team printer (A4 SW), one team multifunction device (A4 SW) and one multifunction device (A3 colour).By combining the 7 device types, it will be possible to procure all printers and multifunction devices from one printer family of one manufacturer with one uniform printer driver, one uniform management software, uniform service processes as well as largely uniform consumables and thus minimize the expenses for commissioning and ongoing operation. This means that consolidated, uniform solutions must also be implemented in the workplace pressure environment. The management of workplace pressure is carried out by centralised management solutions. This includes the administration and configuration of the printers and multifunction devices used. The centralized, uniform management of all device types used must also ensure that any known security gaps can be responded to quickly and effectively. For the handling of maintenance and service processes on the printers and multifunction devices used, a central contact person must be available to coordinate the deployment of technicians for all device types. In addition, the user must ensure that the printers and multifunction devices used can be operated easily and uniformly across all types of devices used. In addition to supplying the hardware, the company must also supply toner and other consumables for the planned service life of the device (60 months). In addition, optional services are to be offered.A framework agreement with a term of 3 years and the option of an extension for a further year is concluded with the award of contract.The customer intends to order hardware via this framework agreement in the form of individual orders (call-offs) during the term of the contract in line with requirements.The entitled parties within the meaning of this framework agreement are NOW IT GmbH and Deutsche Rentenversicherung Berlin-Brandenburg (DRV BB).The services are used on the basis of call-offs by the entitled parties. Performance, payment and other obligations arising from the individual call-offs arise exclusively between the respective entitled party and the contractor. NOW IT GmbH is advised by Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, Berliner Allee 26, 30175 Hanover, on public procurement law in connection with this invitation to tender.
