the Purchaser implements a dynamic purchasing system (Sad) for the supply of network infrastructure, computer equipment, peripherals, telecommunications, software, subscriptions and internet. The description of the services as well as the technical specifications of the supplies are indicated in the Special Conditions of Contract (C.C.P) attached to the Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises (DCE). The SAD is open throughout its period of validity to any economic operator who satisfies the application selection criteria. In order to ensure equal treatment and to allow any interested economic operator to participate in the DCS, the purchaser offers free, direct and complete electronic access to the consultation documents throughout its period of validity
