1.1 Location, traffic connections, accessThe construction project is located in the east of Berlin in the district of Lichtenberg.The construction site is located with its narrow side on Schleizer Straße. Approximately half of the construction site is located in the rear area and can only be reached via the front area.There are access and exit possibilities to Schleizer Straße.The Contractor shall maintain the access roads to the construction site, including any affected public and private roads and paths, in a safe and permanently clean condition free of charge within the scope of his obligations.1.2 Character of the measureThe service to be awarded is the new construction of the break yard areas of the new elementary school on Schleizer Strasse with an area of around 8,300 m2.The open spaces of the new elementary school are essentially located in the vicinity of the two new structures, the elementary school and the gymnasium. The sports hall and its surroundings are located in the northern area of the construction site. The elementary school building is located in the southern area, on Schleizer Straße. The two subareas are connected by a narrow corridor-like open space over a length of about 40 m and a width of about 5 m. The area around the construction site is located in the vicinity of the elementary school and the sports hall. In the vicinity of the construction site are areas of DEKRA (east), residential development and a planned new building of a daycare center (both west). The implementation of the new Kita building will take place in parallel with the construction of the SCH elementary school. The break yard areas are paved with concrete paving in various designs. In the main, these are water-absorbent closed stones that merge into lawn joint and lawn grid areas in the edge area. Play modules are integrated into these areas, which are developed as green islands through the design with woody plants and partly extensive shrub plantings. In addition, these modules are designed to absorb water through their surface and height design. The integrated playgrounds are new buildings.A running track with an asphalt surface will be created in the connection of the construction areas around the new buildings.There are further elements on the site, such as the school garden with raised beds and equipment room, the pergola accompanying the running track and the enclosure for waste to the east.A small playing field including sports equipment and ball catch fencing will be realized to the south of the new sports hall.The existing shrubs on the edges of the site must be preserved and will be supplemented selectively by specimen shrubs. In the green and recreation areas within the playground, further new tree plantings will be carried out in groups.
