LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES




SUMMARY OF SERVICES REQUIRED
THE PUBLIC ORGANIZATION (Centre de services scolaire Marie-Victorin) wishes to establish one (1) Contract, for Landscape Maintenance Services, according to the needs of all the buildings in its real estate portfolio, located in the cities of Longueuil, Brossard and Saint-Lambert (and their respective boroughs). The term of the Contract is established for the summers of 2024, 2025 and 2026 (3 activity periods), commencing on or about April 22, 2024 (approximate date) and ending no later than November 30, 2026 . These Services are to be performed in accordance with the Quotation, at the prices indicated in the Price Schedule. The overall provision of services is subdivided into two (2) lots:

Lot 1 (sections 1 and 2) - All-inclusive lump-sum services (section 1) and on-demand landscape maintenance tasks (section 2);
Lot 2 (sections 1 and 2) - All-inclusive lump-sum services (section 1) and on-demand landscaping tasks (section 2).

L'ORGANISME PUBLIC does not undertake to accept any of the bids received.
Tender documents may only be obtained via the electronic tendering system (seao).
Electronic Tenders: Tenders may be submitted electronically. Where applicable, this may only be done via the electronic tendering system ( www.seao.ca ).
No bid security is required for this invitation to tender.










DOCUMENTS TO BE INCLUDED WITH THE BID :
The Tender must consist of the Tender Form duly completed and signed, accompanied by all the documents listed in article 7.00 of the Tender Form , i.e. :

The Price Schedule form, duly completed, signed and initialed;
The "Attestation relative à la Probité du Sou soumissionnaire" form, duly completed and signed;
The "Charte de la langue française" appendix and, if applicable, any additional documents required therein;
Valid Revenu Québec certificate;
If the Bidder has no establishment in Quebec, the "Absence of Establishment in Quebec" form, duly completed and signed;
A copy of the Bidder's authorization to contract with the AMP, when required due to the amount of the Bid;
A duly completed and signed "Declaration Concerning the Reproduction of Documents Contained in a Tender Transmitted in Paper Form" form, if certain documents in the Tender are not originals;
Proof of liability insurance coverage (see article 3 of the Quotation).










CONTRACT TERM:
The Contract is established for the summers of 2024, 2025 and 2026, beginning on or about April 22, 2024 (approximate date) and ending no later than November 30, 2026.

Please note that any questions that may be forwarded between March 11 and 15 inclusively will be processed during the week of March 18, 2024 .
