Description
The subject of the contract are construction works in the design - build formula for revitalization of courtyards and inter-block spaces in the area of Śródmieście in Rzeszów for:- Situation no. 1 - courtyard - area in between: Asnyka 2 / Sobieskiego 9 / Ghetto Victims 6/ Piłsudskiego 33 - fig. K-01 - PFU for Śródmieście Północ housing estate in Rzeszów.I. In terms of developing project documentation will be:1) application together with the materials for obtaining the decision on the permission to cut trees and shrubs together with the planting design,2) obtaining the current conditions for the reconstruction and protection of the existing utility infrastructure,3) obtaining the technical conditions for the power connection and rainwater drainage,4) executive design,5) workload,6) investor's cost estimate,7) STWIOR,8) agreement of the Voivodship Conservator of Historical Monuments in the form of an opinion for construction works on real estate included in the Municipal Register of Historical Monuments of the City of Rzeszów (letter from MKZ.111.3.1.1.47.2017 of 6.11.2017 - being an annex of PFU),9) design documentation must be made on a map for design purposes,10) The investment is located on the area of archaeological site no. 17 in Rzeszów (AZP 103-76/56) - costs of archaeological supervision are on the side of the Contractor.II. The following construction work has to be carried out as part of the task:1. Site development Situation 1 according to Figure K-01, which is a graphic annex of PFU for the Śródmieście Północ housing estate in Rzeszów:a) construction of hardened roadways and sidewalks,b) demolition works together with reconstruction and arrangement of the area,c) cutting out greenery with subsequent planting of new ones,d) new planting of shrubs and sown grasses,e) construction in the absence of a band around the buildings in order to isolate the walls of the building from grasslands,f) new pavements and access ways must be connected to existing access ways and walkways in a height-adjusted manner (without additional architectural barriers),g) proper drainage of newly designed curing areas, pavements, playgrounds, etc. must be ensured.. by introducing a linear drainage system with connection to the existing stormwater drainage system,h) lighting system - lighting the area (4 lamps h=5 m, 4 lamps h=10 m and 3 existing to be moved). The power connection will be made by the Energy Company within the framework of the connection agreement,i) reconstruction and protection of the existing networks in accordance with the acquired technical conditions,j) execution of the monitoring system in accordance with the "equipment specification for the Municipal Monitoring Point (included in the PFU),k) development of the area in elements of small architecture,l) multifunctional pitch with a safe surface made of EPDM slabs with dimensions of 15 m x 27 m (for volleyball, football and basketball, together with the equipment of the pitch, fence of a football pitch made of 8 m high balls,n) playground,n) walls for murals are not included in the scope of this contract,o) be considered including the file "Detailed description of the subject of the contract".The arrangement of individual zones (e.g. recreation) in PFU is a proposal. Location of recreation areas in accordance with applicable regulations is the task of the Contractor. All playground equipment should have certificates and approvals required by the standard PN-EN 1176 - Playground equipment and surfaces. While performing the above mentioned task the Guidelines for implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities and the principle of equal opportunities for women and men within the EU funds for 2014-2020 - Annex 2 of the Guidelines - Accessibility Standards for Cohesion Policy 2014-2020 should be taken into account.
