Description

The subject matter of the contract is: Modernization of street lighting in the PO£ANIEC Commune in the "design - build" formula in accordance with the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, the principles of technical knowledge and under the conditions indicated in the ToR together with the attachments and offer of the Contractor.The subject of the contract is the supply of new energy-saving street lighting luminaires in the LED technology in the quantity of 1975 pieces together with accessories and installation materials, covering the replacement by disassembly of existing elements and installation in their place and places additionally designated by the delivered materials, construction of 2 lanterns powered from renewable energy sources (RES) solar-wind, replacement of non-insulated AL cables of the LV line supplying street lighting with insulated AsXSn 2x25mm2 cables of 62 km length with accessories, disassembly of 187 poles in poor technical condition and installation of new aluminium poles in the same location, installation of 70 new street lighting control systems, together with lifting measuring systems outside the cabinets of transformer stations in accordance with the Functional and Use Program for the task: "The total installed power of the luminaires delivered may not be higher than 116 kW and the sum of electricity consumption for the modernized range may not be greater than 340 452,94 kWh within 12 months and the operation of the lighting system for 4150 hours.The Contracting Authority informs that it does not require the submission with the offer of any technical documents indicated in the description of the subject of the contract.The documents referred to in the description of the subject of the contract required for the offer should be provided before the signing of the contract.Task co-financed from the Regional Operational Programme of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020, within the framework of ROP-SLR 2014-2020, within the framework of Measure 3.4. Low emission strategy, support for sustainable multimodal urban mobility project type "Modernization of street lighting to energy efficient". The Contractor will obtain statements on the right to use the property for construction purposes in the event of the need to obtain an application or building permit.The columns and luminaires should be accepted by the Contracting Authority prior to installation, should refer visually to the existing lighting, and the Contractor will perform its own and at its own expense geodetic service tasks, including the delineation of street lighting lines, the delineation of media routes (utilities), as-built inventory, by an authorized surveyor in accordance with the applicable regulations.3The subject of the contract has been described in detail in: a) description of the subject of the contract (PFU), which constitutes attachment No. 7 to the ToR and detailed lighting design at Madalińskiego Street. After familiarizing himself with the design documentation and other documents, the Contractor is obliged to determine the material scope of the delivery with the assembly necessary to achieve the result. 3.3.
