The subject matter of the contract is the modernization of street lighting in the Municipality of Celestynów, carried out as part of an investment task subsidized under Resolution No. 84/2021 of the Council of Ministers of 1 July 2021 on establishing the Governmental Fund for the Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program in the investment area: Electricity and lighting infrastructure
The subject matter of the contract is the modernization of street lighting in the Municipality of Celestynów, carried out as part of an investment task subsidized under Resolution No. 84/2021 of the Council of Ministers of 1 July 2021 on establishing the Governmental Fund for Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program in the investment area: Electricity and lighting infrastructure, with regard to: 1) replacement of lighting fixtures, extension arms and installation of compensators for SON cabinets in the Celestynów Municipality 2) replacement of outdated sodium and mercury vapor lighting fixtures with LED fixtures with additional power reduction during night hours. 3) installation of luminaires with the use of programmable power reducers 4) installation of power reduction system 5) installation of reactive power compensators 6) replacement / change of 86 lighting cabinets, in accordance with the technical conditions obtained by the Contractor, issued by PGE Dystrybucja S.A, 7) replacement of existing power supply and protection components - luminaire power supply wires, fuse boxes, fuses; 8) removal of clashes with power supply networks filed with PGE Dystrybucja Warszawa Branch, Mińsk Mazowiecki District; 9) replacement of approximately 277 extension arms on overhead line poles (including +/- 10%). Replacement of the existing supporting structures - extension arms in the case of fastening lamps under the line or in the case of poor inclination angles, fastenings, hooks. 10) Switching the power supply of lighting points from the Municipal Office building to the circuit from SO 0895, i.e, 11) Suspension of ASxSN 2x25 insulated line - approx. 45302 m (including +/- 10%) 12) Removal of lighting control point from Tr. In two cases specified in the PFU programme 13) Execution of design documentation for replacement/replacement of street lighting control boxes, including their location and parameters, in accordance with technical conditions issued by PGE Dystrybucja S.A. and obtained by the Contractor 14) obtaining administrative decisions necessary to execute the construction works (the Contracting Authority includes technical conditions of street lighting modernization obtained from PGE Dystrybucja S.A. dated 29/06/2020 in the proceedings) 15) notification of the intention to carry out works to the County Construction Supervision Inspector - it pertains to works performed based on the obtained administrative decision permitting the execution of construction works in compliance with the Construction Law Act (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 13. 16) preparing as-built documentation of the completed construction works 17) performing the required tests and examinations, obtaining acceptance of the works and preparation of documents related to commissioning of the constructed facilities for use. The subject matter of the contract has been described in detail in the Functional and Utility Program constituting Appendix No. 13 to the SWZ.
