Description

Purchase and supply of reagents and the leasing of analysers for transfusion immunology studies
The subject matter of the contract includes:
(a) the lease of a fully automatic immunotransfusion test analyser and a manual back up analyser, together with equipment, computer equipment and code printers, for a period of 24 months,
(b) successive supplies of reagents and consumables over a period of 24 months,
c) licence or sub-licence to use the external quality control programme conducted by the Institute of Haematology and Transfusionology in Warsaw for the duration of the contract (8 tests),
(d) connection of the analyser to the laboratory information system cooperating with the hospital system,
e) conducting initial instructions and training of employees indicated by the Awarding Entity in the scope of proper operation of the leased analyzer and manual backup,
(f) maintenance services during the term of the lease of the subject-matter ....
