The Ordering Party requires offering products with the same or not worse parameters and quality standards as those indicated in Appendix 1a to the Offer Form - Price Form/Decription of the subject of the contract.4The warranty for the subject of the order must be in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.4.4 The warranty for the subject matter of the order must comply with the manufacturer's warranty.4.4 The deadline for complaint processing is the criterion for evaluating the offers according to chapter XVII of the ToR4.5..6 The Ordering Party allows for smaller packages, however, on condition that they are converted in such a way as to offer the quantity ordered by the Ordering Party and specified in Appendix 1a to the Offer Form.5 Whenever the description of the subject matter of the order contained in the ToR indicates standards, trademarks, patents or origin, the Ordering Party allows for equivalent solutions.5.1 The symbols and names used are intended to define the class and quality of the product being the subject of the order and to establish the product standard, but do not indicate a specific product or a specific manufacturer.5.2 The Customer, through the use of own names and catalogue numbers of individual manufacturers/distributors, determines the quality, standard, physicochemical properties, operational and functional properties, technical parameters that should be met by the offered equivalent product.5.3 The term "equivalent" shall be understood to mean: 5.3.1. for reagents: products with chemical composition and performance characteristics and products with the same or no worse quality characteristics as those indicated in Appendix 1a to the Offer Form. 5.3.2. for laboratory equipment: products with technical parameters (e.g. scaling, capacity, dimensions and ranges, etc.) of performance and quality made of materials identical or no worse than those indicated in Appendix 1a to the Offer Form. 5.3.2. for laboratory equipment: products with the same or no worse quality characteristics (e.g. scaling, capacity, dimensions and ranges, etc.) as indicated in Appendix 1a to the Offer Form..4 In order to ensure the quality of laboratory tests conducted as part of scientific and research activities, the reliability of such tests and their reliability, and due to the uniqueness, uniqueness, uniqueness, strictly defined methodology of experiments and tests, the Economic Operator offering products equivalent to the products described in Appendix 1a to the Offer Form - "Price Form/Description of the subject matter of the order" shall be obliged to:5.4.1. demonstrate that the products offered by him/her (each individually) meet the requirements described by the Purchaser, and in particular are identical or not worse in terms of analytical characteristics than the products indicated in Appendix 1a to the Offer Form;5.4.2. demonstrate that the products offered by him/her (each separately) meet the requirements allowing to ensure a specified standard in the scope of laboratory diagnostics (tests), assessment of their quality and diagnostic value, as well as laboratory interpretation and authorization of test results by the Ordering Party, without the need to perform additional activities (procedures), including e.g. calibration of equipment;5.5.4.4. assume responsibility for damage to equipment resulting from the use of equivalent products offered and supplied, on the basis of an opinion issued by an authorised service centre of the apparatus manufacturer.
