Description
Detailed description, scope and requirements of the subject of the contract are included in the Tender and Price Form constituting Annex 1 and Annex 2 to the ToR.3 The subject of the contract consists of 36 packages.
The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of reagents and consumables for laboratory diagnostics for the Department of Pathomorphology of the Central Clinical Hospital in Łódź. According to the assortment and quantities specified in the Offer and Price Form constituting Appendix No. 1 and Appendix No. 2 to the ToR2. Detailed description, scope and requirements of the subject matter of the contract are specified in Attachment No. 2 to the Terms of Reference (ToR).3. The subject of ordering this tender procedure is the delivery of reagents and consumables for laboratory diagnostics for the Department of Pathomorphology of the Central Clinical Hospital in Łódź.According to the assortment and quantities specified in the Tender and Price Form constituting Appendix No. 1 and 2 to the ToR2.
