Description

The subject of the order is the supply of products, glass and laboratory materials and reagents for the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Environment of the Gdańsk University of Technology. The Contracting Authority has divided the subject of the contract into seven parts: Part A - Laboratory Products Part I, Part B - Laboratory Products Part II, Part C - Laboratory Products Part III, Part D - Nitrile Gloves, Part E - Laboratory Glass, Part F - Specialist Reagents and Part G - Calibration. The subject of the contract includes delivery to the Orderer's seat: Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Environment, Narutowicza Street 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk, building HYDRO No. 20, second floor to laboratory 206 (applies to basic order and orders covered by the option). Detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract in particular parts is specified in appendixes no. 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E, 3F and 3G to the ToR. Detailed provisions. The detailed provisions concerning the execution of the subject matter of the order have been included in the specimen agreements, as specified in appendix 4A-C, 4D-E and 4F-G to the ToR.
The subject of the order in part A is the delivery of laboratory products.2.The subject of the order must be brand new, originating from current production, free from any defects and damages, without prior exploitation and cannot be the subject of third party rights.3.Detailed description and scope of the subject of the order in part A has been specified in the material and price form attached as Annex 3A to To ToR.4.The subject matter of the contract shall be intended for the needs of didactic and service activities, scientific research and projects carried out at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Environment of the Gdańsk University of Technology, including projects co-financed from the European Union funds, in particular the projects entitled: 1) "Development of technology for preparation of substrates used in methane co-digestion with disintegration methods". (DEZMETAN), task number 032831;2) "Baltic Beach Wrack - Conversion of a Nuisance To a Resource and Asset" - CONTRA, task number 033523;3) "Protecting Baltic Sea from untreated wastewater spillages during flood events in urban areas". - NOAH, task no. 033463;4) "Identification, characterization and modelling of the COMAMMOX process - a new cell in the nitrogen cycle in sewage treatment systems", task no. 033337;5) "Factors affecting the competitiveness of diversified nitrifying bacteria AOB-NOB in systems with shortened nitrogen removal path", task no. 033368;6. 'Water Innovation System Amplifier' - WISA, task number 033941;7. DEC-2019/35/N/ST8/01134, task no. 034500Also other tasks carried out at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Environment of Gdańsk University of Technology.5The Ordering Party requires that at the moment of delivery the validity period of the agar (item 7 of the material and price form) should not be shorter than 80% of the validity period from the date of production.6 The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor provides a guarantee for the offered set of automatic pipettes (item 17 of the material and price form) in the amount of at least 12 months counted from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol without any comments. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with a guarantee card (in a paper or electronic version) together with the delivery.7.The Contracting Authority provides for the right of option: up to 100% of the basic order amount in the event of increased demand for the subject matter of the contract in part A.8.The Ordering Party requires that the deadline for the replacement of goods under the complaint, counted from the date of sending (by electronic means) the complaint by the Ordering Party to the date of receipt of the replaced goods, shall not be longer than 30 days.9.Conditions of execution of the order (basic order and orders under the option), the Ordering Party specified in the model contract, which is attached as Annex 4A-C to the ToR. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide the Purchaser with warranty cards (in a paper or electronic version) together with the delivery.6.The Purchaser provides for the right of option: up to 100% of the basic order amount in the case of increased demand for the subject of the contract in part C.7.The Ordering Party requires that the deadline for the replacement of goods under the complaint, counted from the date of sending (by electronic means) the complaint by the Ordering Party to the date of receipt of the replaced goods, is no longer than 30 days.8.Conditions of execution of the order (basic order and orders under options), the Ordering Party specified in the model contract, which is Annex 4A-C to the ToR.
