Description

The subject matter of the order is successive delivery of specialist reagents (standards) for scientific research to the Department of Food Chemistry and Biodynamics operating at the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the offer forms - Annexes 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority has allowed for partial bids (6 parts). Each Contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts.2. The Contractor shall supply the reagents together with the material safety data sheets and/or quality specification sheets containing basic data as well as physical and chemical requirements confirming compliance of the supplied products with the SWZ. 3. Time of partial delivery maximum 35 days from the day of placing the order.

Each Economic Operator can submit a tender for any number of parts.2.Subject matter of evidenceA. The Contracting Authority requires that the Economic Operator submits with the tender the material safety data sheet and/or quality specification containing basic data as well as physical and chemical requirements for a given reagent, confirming that the offered products meet all requirements of the Contracting Authority indicated in the description of the subject matter of the contract.B. Material safety data sheets shall be submitted by the Economic Operator together with the tender. The Economic Operator shall submit the documents in an original (electronic document) or a copy certified to be true to the original in an electronic form bearing a qualified electronic signature. If the original of the document referred to above was not prepared in the form of an electronic document, the contractor may prepare and submit an electronic copy of the document held. If a contractor submits an electronic copy of a document, affixing a qualified electronic signature shall be equivalent to certifying the electronic copy of the document as true to the original. Documents prepared in a foreign language shall be submitted together with their translation into Polish.C. If the Contractor fails to submit the above mentioned evidence or if the evidence is incomplete, the Contracting Authority, pursuant to provisions of art. 107 item 2 of the PPL Act, shall call upon the Contractor within the prescribed time limit to submit or supplement such evidence.3The Contractor shall supply reagents with safety data sheets and/or quality specification sheets including basic data as well as physical and chemical requirements confirming compliance of the supplied products with the SWZ.4. The warranty period is one of the bid evaluation criteria. The procedure for checking and confirming the compliance of the delivered order and the way of reporting complaints according to the provisions of appendix no. 3 - Draft contractual provisions. 5.The contract with the Contractor shall be concluded for a period of 12 months. The time limit for partial delivery shall be compliant with the time limit offered by the Contractor in his/her offer: maximum 30 days from the date of placing an order by the Purchaser. The delivery date is one of the tender evaluation criteria.
