Description

The subject of the order is successive delivery of specialist laboratory reagents for scientific research carried out in the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the offer form - Annex 1 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference). The Contracting Authority has not allowed partial bids in the procedure. Each Economic Operator may submit one tender. 1.
The subject matter of the contract is the successive supply of specialist laboratory reagents for scientific research carried out at the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the offer form - Annex 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority has not allowed partial bids in the procedure. Each Contractor may submit one tender. 2. The Contractor shall supply the reagents together with safety data sheets and/or quality specifications containing basic data as well as physical and chemical requirements confirming compliance of the supplied products with the SWZ. 3. The warranty period for the products cannot be shorter than 75% of the manufacturer's standard warranty period starting from the date of delivery, according to the period offered by the Economic Operator in his offer. The warranty period is one of the bid evaluation criteria. The procedure for checking and confirming the compliance of the delivered order and the method for reporting complaints in accordance with the provisions of Appendix No. 3 - Draft contractual provisions. 4. The agreement with the Contractor shall be concluded for a period of 18 months. The date of partial delivery shall be in accordance with the date offered by the Contractor in its tender: maximum 30 days from the date of placing an order by the Purchaser. The delivery date is one of the tender evaluation criteria. 5. The Contracting Authority requires that the Economic Operator submits, together with the offer, a material safety data sheet and/or quality specification containing basic data as well as physical and chemical requirements for a given reagent, confirming that the offered products meet all the requirements of the Contracting Authority indicated in the description of the subject of the contract.6. The Economic Operator shall submit the documents in original (electronic documents) or a copy certified to be true to the original in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature. If the original of the document referred to above was not prepared in the form of an electronic document, the economic operator may prepare and submit an electronic copy of the document held. If a contractor submits an electronic copy of a document, affixing a qualified electronic signature shall be equivalent to certifying the electronic copy of the document as true to the original. Documents written in a foreign language shall be submitted together with their translation into Polish.7 If the Economic Operator fails to submit the above mentioned means of evidence or if they are incomplete, the Contracting Authority, pursuant to provisions of art. 107 item 2 of the PPL Act, shall call upon the Economic Operator, within the designated time limit, to submit or supplement them.
