Description
The Lower Saxony State Office for Consumer Protection and Food Safety is planning to purchase a 1H-NMR spectrometer at its Braunschweig/Hanover Food and Veterinary Institute to expand its analytical techniques. the main area of application will initially be the investigation of foodstuffs such as beverages of all kinds, honey, edible oil, spices and food supplements and, in the long term, the expansion to other food groups and possibly also consumer goods including cosmetics and animal feed.
