Description

The subject matter of the order is the delivery of an acoustic dispenser within the realization of the project entitled: Centre for Development of New Pharmacotherapies of the Central Nervous System Disorders CEPHARES. The subject matter of the order is co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Programme Intelligent Development 20214-2020 based on the agreement no POIR.04.02.00-00-D007/20-00 concluded between Information Processing Centre - National Research Institute and Institute of Pharmacology named after Jerzy Maj of Polish Academy of Sciences. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract specifying the functions, technical parameters and required conditions is provided in Appendix 1 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference). This description should be read together with any possible changes to the content of the SWZ, resulting e.g. from the answers to the questions of the Bidders.
The subject of the contract is the delivery of the acoustic dispenser, within the realization of the project entitled: Centre for development of new pharmacotherapy of disorders of the central nervous system CEPHARES. The device will constitute the equipment of high throughput HTS screening laboratory, located in the created CEPHARES Centre for the Development of New Pharmacotherapies for Central Nervous System Disorders.The scope of the contract includes, in particular:a) purchase, delivery, transport, packaging, unloading, bringing in, setting up, installation, start-up and calibration at a location indicated by the Purchaser (delivery will be to the Institute of Pharmacology named after Jerzy Maj in Krakow, Poland). Jerzego Maja PAN in Krakow, Smętna Street 12, room 3.24 of the main building),b) warranty service performed by the manufacturer or the manufacturer's authorised service at the place of use of the object of the contract, c) warranty inspection, maintenance and calibration at the place of use in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations at a time agreed with the Ordering Party during the warranty period. d) min. 5-day training (min. 40 clock hours) for min. d) conducting a minimum 5-day training (min. 40 clock hours) for min. 2 employees on the use of the supplied equipment with accessories and installation, configuration and operation of the supplied software at the Purchaser's premises.The subject of the contract includes brand new equipment, unused, non-exhibition, manufactured not earlier than 2021, in the latest hardware and software version as of the date of submitting the offer.The Contractor shall be obliged to provide a minimum 12-month quality guarantee for the subject of the contract, counting from the date of signing the protocol of acceptance of the subject of the contract without reservation. The offered subject matter of the contract must have the CE marking and appropriate declarations of conformity, in accordance with applicable regulations, i.e. in particular the Act of 20 May 2010 on the conformity assessment system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 155, as amended) or other equivalent documents or statements confirming product conformity with standards in force in the EU. The Contracting Authority shall accept submission of the above documents in English. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract specifying the functions, technical parameters and required conditions is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
