Description

This call for proposals includes the acquisition of the following equipment for the following areas :Plant ecophysiology area: gas exchange measurement equipment, growth chambers, LED panels, drying ovens, refrigerators and freezers, and N2 containers.In vitro culture, molecular biology and biochemistry area: oxygen electrodes, thermoblocks, thermocyclers for PCR, lyophilizer, electrophoresis system, microcentrifuges and an ultracentrifuge.Hydrology, sediment and water analysis area: carbon and nitrogen analyzer and drying ovens.Histological studies and microscopy area: image analyzers.Other small equipment will also be considered within each area of knowledge. This additional small equipment is essential to ensure the efficient and accurate operation of all laboratories, as well as to carry out the research and analysis required in the different areas of study.Specifically required are: balances, automatic pipettes, liquid N2 containers, specialized dishwasher.
