Description

The purpose of this lot is the supply, installation and commissioning of a high-pressure liquid chromatography (UHPLC) system coupled with a mass spectrometry (MS) detector with a view to carrying out qualifying professional training courses centred on the learning and mastery of analytical separation techniques. Acquisition of 3 preparative chromatography systems for the purification of proteins, peptides or nucleic acids. Acquisition of a flow cytometer for cell suspension analysis. Acquisition of 1 portable parallel analyzer kit. Acquisition of 12 non-heating magnetic stirrers. Batch 6 consists of 2 items:- item 6.1: measuring instruments - network analyser,- item 6.2: measuring instruments - power recorder. Sunshine recorder with irradiation, module and ambient temperature sensors, anemometer, moisture meter (weather station). Meteorological parameters recording meter. Lot 8 consists of 7 stations:- station 8.1: laser alignment tools for belt transmission,- station 8.2: laser alignment system for pulley with magnetic side anchorage by magnet,- station 8.3: laser belt alignment tool,- station 8.4: digital tachometers with optical remote or contact measurement,- station 8.5: Belt tension measuring device or belt tension measuring frequency meter,- Item 8.6: Machine status sensor with bright display that can be read in the dark as well as in direct sunlight,- Item 8.7: Measuring device "Volt/mA calibrator". 5, 7 or 10 day BOD respirometric measuring device. The purpose of this lot is the supply, installation and commissioning of a liquid chromatography (HPLC) system coupled with a Diode Array Detector (DAD) and Light Diffraction (DL) for the purpose of carrying out qualifying vocational training courses focusing on the learning and mastery of analytical separation techniques. The HPLC-DAD-DL analysis system shall be of the latest generation and shall have the hardware and software configurations to be oriented towards the selective and quantitative analysis of proteins and oligonucleotides, including small amounts of variants and aggregation products.
