Description
The purpose of lot 1 is to acquire an environmental platform for transmission electron microscopy (TEM) for observing materials in various gaseous environments and in the high temperature (up to 1000ºC) and high pressure (up to 1 atmosphere) ranges and its accessories. The purpose of lot 2 is to acquire an ionic slimmer for the preparation of thin slides to be studied by transmission electron microscopy. It must allow the thinning of samples in plane view, transverse section and slides prepared by MEB-FIB. As part of the CATHY project, the GPM laboratory wishes to acquire 1 image acquisition system for transmission electron microscope. The microscope on which the device will be installed is 1 jeol arm 200 CF double-corrected used at 200, 120 and 80 KEV.
