Description

The subject of the contract is: delivery of scientific research equipment for the units of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, divided into 9 parts. The subject of the order is brand new. The subject of the contract will meet the requirements of Polish Standards transferring European standards. Delivery of the subject matter of the contract by transport at own cost to the units listed in Annexes 1-9 to the ToR, this also applies to repairs that may occur during the warranty period. In Part 1, the Contracting Authority shall pay the Contractor remuneration in three instalments, in accordance with § 4 of the draft contract, which constitutes appendix 13 to ToR ToR, in Part 8 the Contractor shall issue the Contracting Authority with a separate invoice for each unit listed in appendix 8 to ToR.
Part 1- Kit for marking and identification of amino acids and peptides for the Institute for Quality Assessment and Processing of Animal Products, in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Annex No. 1 to To ToR. The maximum scoring period for the quality guarantee is 36 months, if an Economic Operator offers a quality guarantee period shorter than 24 months, his offer shall be rejected. System for obtaining ultra-pure water from pre-treated water for the Department of Chemistry, in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex 2 to ToR ToR. The maximum scoring period for the quality guarantee is 36 months, if the Economic Operator offers a quality guarantee period shorter than 24 months, his offer shall be rejected. Ozone cooling chamber with equipment for the Department of Chemistry, in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex 3 to ToR ToR. The maximum score for the quality guarantee period is 36 months, if the Economic Operator offers a quality guarantee period shorter than 12 months, his offer shall be rejected. Laminar chamber for the Department of Biotechnology, Microbiology and Human Nutrition, in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex 4 to ToR ToR. The maximum score for the quality guarantee period is 36 months, if the Economic Operator offers a quality guarantee period shorter than 12 months, his offer shall be rejected. Teaching post for testing heat exchangers for the Department of Raw Materials Technology of Plant Origin and Catering, in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex 5 to ToR ToR. The maximum scoring period for the quality guarantee is 72 months, if the Economic Operator offers a quality guarantee period shorter than 60 months, his offer will be rejected. Vacuum packaging machine for packing solid and liquid products in modified atmosphere for the Department of Raw Materials Technology of Plant Origin and Catering, in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract being Appendix No. 5 to the ToR. The maximum score for the quality guarantee is 36 months, if the Contractor offers a quality guarantee period shorter than 24 months, his offer will be rejected. Emulsifying and shredding device with the possibility of pasteurization, for the manufacture of semi-solid products for the Department of Raw Materials Technology of Animal Origin, in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract being Appendix No. 4 to the ToR. The maximum scoring period for the quality guarantee is 36 months, if the Contractor offers a quality guarantee period shorter than 12 months, his offer shall be rejected. Purchase of a set of elements for building a prototype extrusion testing installation for the Department of Heat and Process Engineering, in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex 8 to ToR. The maximum score for the quality guarantee is 36 months, if the Contractor offers a quality guarantee period shorter than 24 months, his offer will be rejected. Climatic chamber for plant breeding (phytotron) for the Department of Biochemistry and Food Chemistry, in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex 9 to the ToR. The maximum scoring period for the quality guarantee is 36 months, if the Economic Operator offers a quality guarantee period shorter than 24 months, his offer shall be rejected.
