Description

1.The subject matter of the basic order is the supply of fume cupboards and laboratory furniture, including assembly, for the newly constructed buildings under Stage II of the project entitled "Alchemium-magic of the chemistry of tomorrow. Construction of a modern conference, teaching and laboratory building for the Faculty of Chemistry of the Technical University of Lodz". 2.Detailed requirements of the Ordering Party concerning the execution of the subject matter of the contract are contained in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order, constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"), all appendices to the OPZ constitute its integral part, and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ.
1)The subject of the basic order is the supply of fume cupboards and laboratory furniture, together with assembly, for the newly constructed buildings within the framework of Stage II of the investment entitled "Alchemium-magic of tomorrow's chemistry. Construction of a modern conference, teaching and laboratory building for the Faculty of Chemistry of the Technical University of Lodz". In particular, the Contractor's responsibilities will include the delivery of fume cupboards and laboratory furniture with assembly, installation and commissioning, as well as checking the correctness of their operation, carrying out mechanical and technological commissioning. The subject matter of the contract shall include user training in the operation and maintenance of all supplied equipment, and during a period of 24 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol, the Contractor shall perform service and maintenance of the supplied Subject Matter of the contract.2)The subject matter of the contract shall include the execution of the subject matter of the basic contract and may include the execution of the subject matter of the contract covered by the right of option.3)The Ordering Party's detailed requirements for the execution of the subject matter of the contract are contained in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"), all annexes to the OPZ being its integral part, and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ.
