EUROPEAN OPEN TENDER, PURSUANT TO ART. 60 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 50/2016 AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED, FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE RENTAL SERVICE OF NO. 1 MEDIUM-HIGH SENSITIVITY TRIPLE QUADRUPOLE MASS SPECTROMETER INTERFACED WITH HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPH (U-HPLC) TO BE INSTALLED AT THE PREVENTION LABORATORY SC (CHEMICAL AREA) OF THE ATS OF THE METROPOLITAN CITY OF MILAN FOR A PERIOD OF 60 MONTHS.
Full-risk rental service of no. 1 medium-high sensitivity triple quadrupole mass spectrometer interfaced with high performance liquid chromatograph (U-HPLC). The equipment shall comply with all Italian Electronic Committee (C.E.I.) Standards and current European Directives regarding electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility, both general and specific.System configuration : - U-HPLC chromatographic system equipped with auto-sampler and column thermostatting module; - Triple quadrupole mass spectrometer; - Dedicated management platform complete with PC, two monitors, DVD burner and management software; - Stand-alone nitrogen generator with suitable oil free compressor sized for proper equipment operation; - Uninterruptible power supply/voltage stabilizer adequate for the entire HPLC-MS/MS system, including installation, capable of ensuring operation of all connected modules at full load for at least 15 minutes after power failure. In addition, the successful bidder must ensure and, therefore, provide: - a full risk warranty and technical assistance service for the entire duration of the rental, including "all-inclusive" on-site interventions of the costs of installation, uninstallation, any relocation required by the Administration, as well as, until the successful verbalized testing, insurance costs for third party liability, fire and theft. In addition, the service must include unlimited corrective interventions, routine and extraordinary maintenance, including spare and consumable parts. Annual preventive maintenance must also be included in which the contractor is asked to verify performance before and after the visit itself;-a training course (in Italian) that must take place directly at La SC Laboratorio di Prevenzione - Via Juvara n. 22 (Milan) - and must consist of at least 10 (ten) days, divisible into sessions to be agreed upon over the duration of the rental .In addition,the successful bidder must guarantee one additional day of training per year, for the entire duration of the rental contract, aimed at fine-tuning analytical methods, solving problems inherent in the use of the instrument, retraining of operators; - transport, delivery, installation and testing of the equipment; - complete integration of the instrument's computer into the company networks as well as the instrument management software with the LIMS in use at the Prevention Laboratory of ATS Metropolitan City of Milan - a help-desk service (Computer Technical Assistance ) guaranteed on weekdays from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:30.
