Project includes removal and replacement of carpet and lighting, and removal of wallpaper. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for a complete statement of the specifications and requirements. Project to be awarded as a single contract for “Project as a Whole”.  Performance and Public bonds required.  Project to be ready to a point of final completion, including punch list items by August 1, 2024.This opportunity is open to pre-qualified contractors currently holding a University “On-Call” General Contractor contract.* * * * *
