Description
Skolekjøkkenet Kjerringøy skole, skal renoveres for ytterligere bruk i minst 8-10 år.
Prosjektet er tenkt som en totalentreprise iht. NS 8407, med Bygg, VVS og elektro.
Skolekjøkkenet skal renoveres og ominnredes, i tillegg nytt møterom og to kontorer i plan 1 og nytt teknisk rom i plan U.
Bygningsarbeidene består i hovedsak av ominnredning i plan 1, riving og etablering av nye innvendige vegger, ny innredning i skolekjøkkenet, nytt teknisk rom, ny HCWC, nytt vaskerom, gulv og himlingsarbeider, samt overflatebehandling, ny utvendig rampe og hjelpearbeider for de tekniske fag.
De tekniske fag omfatter nytt ventilasjonsanlegg i begge plan, sanitær og varmeanlegg i plan 1, og nytt elektrisk anlegg, inkl. IKT, brann og nødlys.
Kontraktens oppstart er ønsket til mai 2024, med forventet ferdigstilling ila. 2024.
