Kerry Travellers Health Community Development Project (KTHCDP) is seeking proposals for a consultant to conduct a review of the KTHCDP and to lead KTHCDP in the development of theorganisation's new Strategic Plan 2025 - 2029. We are seeking to retain a Consultant(s) to undertake An evaluation of progress against current strategic objectives A review of the existing structures The development of a Strategic Plan for the years 2025 to 2029 Make recommendations for change to ensure delivery of the new plan. The organisational review should look at the organisational structure and how our programmes are currently functioning. It should identify strengths and weaknesses in our organisation and identify potential gaps that need to be prioritised moving forward. It is envisaged that the new strategic plan will need to include vision, mission, goals, objectives and to provide clear measures of success, target groups, target areas, strategic approaches, and activities/projects. KTHCDP calls for suitably qualified individuals/organisations/academic institutions to tender for this review. Production of the Strategy must contain a clear implementation plan with concise recommendations and performance indicators. The duration of the contract will be from May 2024 to January 2025 It is envisaged that the successful tenderer will deliver work in two phases: Phase One Commencing Mid-May, will focus on organisational review, a review of the current Strategy, consultation and desk top exercises Phase Two Development of a draft 2025-2029 Strategic Plan. Provide a draft strategic plan for presentation to the Advisory Group and Board by Friday 1st of November 2024.
