Description

The infrastructure site is a 5000 acre site approximately 60 km south of the capital city. There will be developed and maintained technology, industrial, commercial, civil, educational, residential, recreational, and other related and incidental facilities and infrastructure. At full built-out, city is estimated to be a community of 200,000 plus residents. A passenger access spur line will connect the city to have regional routes to other major growing regional routes.

The Project is broken down into two (2) Lots.

• Lot 1 includes design procurement, construction and financing for approximately 40 km of streets capes, grading, drainage facilities, water distribution and treatment, sewage collection & treatment, landscaping of streets & parks, entrance & security features and the construction of a solid waste handling facility.
• Lot 2 includes design procurement, construction and financing for electrical and ICT facilities including a 40 km fibre optic cable.
