Description

The Project includes design review, procurement, construction and financing for the following infrastructure
projects.

a) Lot 1
• Development of approximately 40 km of landscaped streets (to paved standards) and parks complete with drainage facilities and
subsurface utilities, i.e. water distribution, sewage collection, electrical and ICT facilities
• Water treatment plant and storage reservoir with associated infrastructure
• Wastewater Reclamation Facility and associated infrastructure
• Development of select municipal buildings

b) Lot 2
Provision and cabling of 40km of electric power lines and 40km of fiber optic cables (consumables) N.B Ducts are to be provided in
