Canada - Kangiqsualujjuaq Arena - Post-disaster renovation - PHASE 1

Description

The Kativik Regional Government (KRG) has issued a call for tenders for the village of Kangiqsualujjuaq for phase 1 of the arena's post-disaster renovation.
Work will include, but is not limited to:

Demolition of the damaged portion of the remaining Honco structure;
Selective structural, architectural and electromechanical demolition in preparation for Phase 2 renovations;
Reconstruction of the Honco structure, including the insulated envelope;
Construction of an electrical entrance and temporary power supply;
Construction of a temporary wall separating the work area from the skating rink.
Various temporary constructions and relocation of a building used as a temporary locker room.

This description is not exhaustive. See plans and specifications attached to tender documents for details. If a task is described in this section and is not described in other sections of the tender documents, it is still an integral part of the contract work.
