Bangladesh - Jetty crane with curve negotiating device

Description

The jetty crane with curve negotiating device will be used at naval berth on 2 existing jetty rail track (gauge - 5.283 metres rail centre) rail curve angle of both jetty 5.78 degree and rail curve length 39.604 metres

It will be used for loading and unloading various types of cargo, machinery and items from the jetty to ship and river to jetty.

The specifications of the crane are:
- it has a capacity of 25 tons (10 tons up to 37 metres hook radius and 25 tons up to 25 metres hook radius)
- a maximum hook radius of 37 metres (from centre line)
- a minimum hook radius of 10 metres
- a slewing angle of 360 degrees
- maximum hook radius of not less than 20 metres above rail head
- minimum hook radius of not less than 35 metres above rail head
- lowering of hook over entire radius: not less than 12 metres above rail head
- driver's height of view approx: not less than 13.5 metres above rail head
- height of jib pivot point: not less than 12 metres above rail head
- gauge of 5,283 metre line
- a main power supply of 380 to 440V AC, 50Hz, 3 ph
- cable drum designed to cover 128 by 2= 256 metre jetty length
- mains cable length of 256 metre jetty plus an allowance for operation and securing
- lifting 10/25 tons v= approx of not less than 40/15 metres
- lifting v = approx of not less than 30 metres
- slewing v= approx of not less than 1.0 r/min
- crane travelling v= approx of not less than 40 metres
- motor outputs at a temperature of 50 degree Celsius, voltage 380 to 440V AC, 50, Hz, 3 ph
