Work under this Contract comprises the supply of all labour, material, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary to provide janitorial services to Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) at the Government of Canada Building, 187 Mackenzie Road, Inuvik, NT as per schedule and on an "as and when requested" basis.

This contract is for a term of one (1) year from July 10, 2019 to July 09, 2020 with the possibility of one (1) extension of 1 year to be exercised at Canada’s discretion.

There are security requirements associated with this requirement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The requirement is limited to Canadian services.

The procurement is subject to the following comprehensive Land Claims Agreements:

The Inuvialuit Final Agreement
The Gwich’in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement

This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically.
